electrawarehouse.com does not have a return policy, all sales are final but merchandise could be returned to electrawarehouse.com within the first 30 days of purchase for exchange or electrawarehouse.com credit. electrawarehouse.com’s shipping charges are not refundable, electrawarehouse.com Customer has to pay to return the item back to electrawarehouse.com’s Warehouses, there will be a 30% Restocking Fee on all returned items.
electrawarehouse.com will not accept return if your unit falls under these circumstances:
If the Customer does not want or need the product.
Special Order items.
Used/Damaged or if Factory Seal is broken.
Dear electrawarehouse.com Customers before returning your item please obtain an RA# (Return Authorization) number. To obtain the RA# please sends your emails to: rma@electrawarehouse.com
And follow these directions:
1. Please give invoice number.
2. Describe why you want to return your product.
3. What options would like to choose.
After you receive your RA# please box the unit and ship it to:

Los Angeles, CA 90021
Please write your RA# on top of the box and insure your box. As soon as electrawarehouse.com’s Return Department receives the unit electrawarehouse.com will examine the item and then issue electrawarehouse.com credit.
Customer must pay for the shipping of the returned item.
