US orders are generally shipped with FED-Ex, but may also be shipped with USPS or regional carriers. - Most orders placed on our web site by 4 PM Pacific Standard Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. While we attempt to ship within 1 business day it may take us on rare occasions 2-5 business days to ship out your order if a product is out of stock or on backorder. You may or may not receive an email advising you of the status of your order. You can email us regarding your order's pending shipment should this happen.

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, Electraware House may require a signature upon delivery. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request.
