In order for us to facilitate the processing of your request, we need you to review and satisfy the following requirements:.
  • Item being matched must be of the same brand, model and conditions being offered in our site.
  • Item must be readily available and in stock with the competitor at the time of request.
  • Competitors must be a regular Internet Retailer and not Auctioneers and/or one time dealers. Eligible competitors must have its own warehouse, and inventory and ships directly from their warehouse. Online stores that rely on drop-shippers and third party suppliers in fulfilling their orders are not valid competitor price references. Sites that charges membership fees for purchases are also not eligible.
  • Items sold in closeout deals, discontinued items, special order items, or items sold as part of a promotional package by our competitors are not eligible.
  • Special promotional items, promotional offers, rebates, discounts on order or shipping are subject to eligibility review.
  • We will not match prices as a result of price offerings of similar types of price guarantees from competitor sites.
  • Competitor prices used as price references must be valid and verifiable. We must be able to visit and confirm the validity of these prices through the submitted Web Site Addresses.
Other Conditions:
  • Approved Match Price Requests are only applicable to New Orders and cannot be applied to existing, or placed orders, orders being processed, and completed orders.
  • Our Match Price Offer may differ from the way our competitors offer them. Our Price Offer may be applied only according to the conditions set forth in the Approved Request Form.
  • The Approved Match Price Request is premised on the Items and Quantities specified in the submitted Match Price Request. We reserve the right to Decline and Cancel any order based on the Approved Match Price Request and not corresponding with the submitted Items and Quantities. For multiple items, all items in the submitted Match Price Request must also be found in the Claimed Order.
  • For multiple items, if the items will not be purchased as a package, please create individual requests for each item.
