After check out you will receive a confirmation email from our sales department and when the item is shipped you will receive notification along with your tracking number. During shipping your order; as well as past orders; can be viewed in your ‘My Account’ pages by clicking the ‘Track Order’ link and inputting your tracking number. Order Issues  

  • If The Customer’s packaged is shipped to the wrong address due to electrawarehouse.com fault it will replace the package.
  • If Customer has changed address at the time of shipping electrawarehouse.com is not responsible for the package having been lost or stolen. Customer is solely responsible.
  • In the event that electrawarehouse.com has overcharged the Customer’s account it will gladly refund the exceeded amount on the Customer’s Purchase Invoice to the Customer’s account.
  • If electrawarehouse.com’s Customer’s package has been lost or stolen during the shipping process or after delivery, and the Customer insured the package electrawarehouse.com will assist with tracking and recovery of the lost or stolen package in a timely manner. In the event that electrawarehouse.com’s Customer denied insuring the package electrawarehouse.com is not responsible for loss or theft of the Customer’s package. However electrawarehouse.com will assist (within its power and jurisdiction) in tracking and recovering the Customer’s package.
  • If electrawarehouse.com’s product(s) is/are not marked as out of stock and it is purchased by electrawarehouse.com’s Customers, He or She has the choice of choosing a similar item or refunded purchase amount.
  • If The Customer’s card is charged but electrawarehouse.com have no proof of order (No Invoice, order number, etc) other then the initial charge The Customer will be contacted and electrawarehouse.com and the Customer can go from there.
  • On any orders that are set to be picked up by the purchasing Customer electrawarehouse.com has the right to view proper identification, the product will be solely released to the purchasing Customer after having viewed the proper forms of id.
