Delivery of ordered items can take anywhere from two (2) to eight (8) business days (within the US), depending on your location and the shipping option you chose during checkout. All orders begin the shipping process as soon as your order is processed and received by our dedicated sales team. Your item will be shipped once the item is found to be in stock, and your receiving address is verified.
Order Processing and PackagingOnce an online order is received, it is verified, processed, packaged and prepared for shipping. Regularly, it takes an extra one (1) day to process and prepare an order. This should also be considered when choosing the appropriate shipping options. The given estimates are based only on the actual transit schedules.
Shipping Options and CostsAt checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. You will then be given a quote on the shipping costs involved. At this point, the customer has the option to proceed or to abort the order should the quoted rates be unacceptable. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the items you ordered, the shipping method you have selected and the destination shipping address. Your total shipping charges will be computed automatically and shown to you during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.

All online orders are packaged and shipped from our central warehouse located in Los Angeles, California 90021. FedEx is the standard shipping agent used for most of our orders. The map below illustrates the estimated transit times from the point of origin, our central warehouse, to the destination state.
